January 24 Dual Meet: Will be held in Grand Island.
We will be swimming Grand Island and hopefully UBAM. There will be a different list of events to swim that are
open to everyone. For swimmers 8 and under, there will be 25 yard races available. See Coach Kathy to sign
up for events. Warm ups will be a 10am and the meet starts at 10:30.

Starting in ALLEGANY, NY on N 5TH ST - go 0.1 mi 2. Turn on W MAIN ST - go 0.5 mi
3. W MAIN ST becomes RT-417 - go 6.9 mi 4. Continue on US-219-BR
- go 5.6 mi 5. Turn on KILLBUCK RD - go 1.8 mi 6. Bear on
US-219 - go 26.4 mi 7. Turn on W MAIN ST - go 0.1 mi 8. Turn
on SOUTHERN EXPY - go 2.2 mi 9. Continue on US-219 NORTH - go 21.3 mi 10.
Take the I-90 EAST exit towards THRUWAY/BUFFALO - go 1.1 mi 11. Merge on I-90 EAST
- go 2.6 mi 12. Take the I-190 exit towards CANADA/DOWNTOWN BUFFALO, exit #53 - go < 0.1
mi 13. Continue on ramp - go 0.5 mi 14. Merge on I-190 NORTH -

January 31 Dual Meet: Will be held at the Olean Middle School. Warm ups are at
8am. We will be swimming SWAT and we have invited Franklinville and perhaps another team. It should be a
very competitive day.
SILVER MEET: Coach Kathy will be handing out Silver Entry Forms in the near future.
EMAC is full of talented swimmers many with Silver times.
EMAC GEAR: There is still some EMAC gear available.

that some of you are not getting our emails. To the best of my knowledge, we have a pretty accurate list of addresses.
We compare regularly. Please check your mailboxes and empty anything you dont need. Sometimes emails
cant go through if mailboxes are too full. For those of you who would prefer to be called, please let us know and
we will be glad to accommodate.
